How do we support Anti-bullying? 

We have started working closely with the Anti-Bullying Alliance (ABA) to continue to raise awareness of bullying, create a safe environment for all children and continue to develop our practice. 

The Anti-Bullying Programme

We are working with the Anti-Bullying Alliance to develop our practice and focus on how we can develop our school to ensure all children are promoting anti-bullying. While our initial whole school survey didn't show any trends of bullying, nor areas for development, we feel it is important to continue to learn and share best practice.

Anti-Bullying Week

Anti-Bullying was celebrated in the junior school. During this week, we discussed what bullying is, who we can turn to for help if we feel we are being bullied, the difference between banter and bullying and the restorative practice in our school that we adopt to support conflict and/or bullying. The children participated in great discussions and produced some fantastic work which is shared below.
