The homework sheets below give your child the opportunity to choose their homework tasks to complete with your support at home.  Each term your child is expected to complete 3 pieces of homework from the grid, which gives a choice of 3 different task for each 2 week period.  A handing in date is given, although homework can be emailed in earlier if it is already completed.

READING

Every week we ask that children read at least 3 times.  This can be their reading book that they take home or a reading Eggspress book.  Please record reading at home in your child's reading record books and bring these in everyday, these are checked at school.

TIMESTABLES

Timestables are an important part of the maths children learn at school, we take time to learn these at school and practise at home will support this learning.  We ask that children practise their timestables at least 3 times a week.  As a school we subscribe to TTrockstars as an online format to practise timestables.  

In year 3 we revise out 2 , 5, and 10 timestable and learn our 3, 4 and 8's.
