Due to current pressures on the NHS, we have been asked to promote the Healthier Together resource for parents & carers to get advice and guidance about their child's health and well-being.

This is a useful resource to signpost to for all health and well-being information, with the pathways having been developed by clinicians. 

Healthier Together should be the first point of call for parents and carers.
