 Whilst rewards and sanctions may, on occasion, look different for different children (depending on the needs of the child), they are always fair and reasonable.  Our main focus is on teaching children to make good decisions about their behaviours, and to accept responsibility for their actions.  Our core Christian values of Love, Grace and Respect underpin all that we do.
